*To handle the modern trade chain store and exclusive branded stores.Monitoring the productivity of the ISDs and non ISDs.Handle the team leaders and FOS.To convert prospective footfall into lead.Ensure visibility of Tata Sky brand at Modern Trade stores.Interpersonal relation with store Managers and chain owners.Communication of schemes and ensure product knowledge of ISDs.Salary disbursement of ISDs on time and as per norms.Monthly meeting with all ISDs.Quality Gross acquisition as per AOP., *Educational Background: Min. Graduate from a recognized university. MBA/PGDBM preferred. Computer knowledge (MS office) must.Work Experience: At least 3 to 7 years in Modern Trade in metro city.
