Job Description P 3 level coordinator for management of TP Resources1. Vendor Governance with all existing AgenciesCompanies providing manpowerresources on their pay-role including the end to end Employee Life Cycle Management in terms of -a. Service deliverablesSLA and Scope of Work as per the existing contract.b. Employee Database Management - Weeklyc. Leaves and Attendance - Monthlyd. Pay-role & Compliances - Monthlye. Claims & Reimbursement - Monthly2. Audit of all applicable Labour Compliances on quarterly basis of the existing agencies proving manpower on their pay-role - Quarterly3. Coordinating with existing agencies in the closure of audit punch points - Quarterly4. Finalizing, circulating and negotiating the RFPRFQRFI and Business Proposals with the Hiring AgenciesCompanies in the context of the prescribed and standardized Service Deliverables. (As and When required)5. Facilitating the timely resolution of the concerns, complaints, issues, queries andor requests of the Project Resources towards the relevant hiring AgenciesCompanies with respect to the overall Pay-role Management. (WeeklyFortnightly)6. Facilitate & planning the resources in coordination with project leaders and ensure execution of the same as per plan,
