Conduct research for the target audience, help in defining the brand positioning and marketing strategy. Develop high performing marketing programs and concepts leveraging storytelling to create awareness. Develop nurturing and engagement programs. Determining channel strategy and identify routes to market. Support campaign development, management, execution and measurement to ensure optimization, across marketing channels. Develop and execute our Customer Engagement calendar across all owned media platforms Email, Push Notifications, Social media handles. Work with SEO and Email Marketing Teams . Work closely with the Internal Creative Teams and external agencies to develop communication which is impactful, effective and addresses key consumer need gaps. Align with other marketing team leads and other functions - Design, SEO, Paid Advertising. Skills and Competencies Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices is a must. Ability to conduct research and analyze data. Ability to create campaign concepts which are creative, in the form of engaging stories yet relevant. Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines. Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication skills (written and oral). A creative mindset. High level of initiative and assertiveness. Qualifications MBA (with Marketing/ Communication specialization) or an equivalent degree. Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in brand marketing/ communications/ digital marketing/ advertising. Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail. Ability to create marketing conten, video storyboards is a big plus. ,
