Job Description

While we have big brands, we have bigger opportunities as well.AB InBev India is looking to hire Assistant Manager Reconciliation & Claims Management for its Finance Team based out of Delhi.Primary Purpose of the roleResponsible for managing the day-to-day volumes related to reconciliation, collection entries etc.Ensure OTC activities are processed on time with high levels of accuracy. Work smart and impact results leading to effective customers reconciliations and claimsResponsible for the Adhoc activities from Lead and ensure 100% accuracyKey Tasks and AccountabilitiesManage the day-to-day volumes by ensuring OTC (AR) deliverables in terms of reconciliation/claims processed on time and queries actioned on timeDeliver operational SLAs and KPIsShould be able to work. independently without many follow-upsShould have good accounting knowledgeShould be able to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholdersEnsure daily MICS and SOX compliance during day-to-day transactionsEnd-to-End AR process knowledge/understandingAttention to detail and accuracyVoluntarily support when required to meet Business requirements by displaying OwnershipExcellent knowledge of MS office (Outlook, excel, PowerPoint etc.)Good communication skills - oral and written and lead discussions with key stakeholdersPerforming Root Cause analysis for recurring or high severity issuesImplementing corrective action and preventive action for recurring process related issuesGood knowledge on Finance ERP and reporting systemsRequired Knowledge, Skills & AttributesEducation and Experience Bachelors (Commerce Graduate preferably) Experience of working in OTC (Mainly AR)Skills and/or knowledge IT skills required Microsoft Office (mandatory) ERP (Syspro will be added advantage) Reporting ToolsPersonal Attributes1.
