Job Description

    We are currently expanding our operations team and hiring enthusiastic individuals to join as Managers to work from our Delhi s office with a young and dynamic team. End to end management of a Market Acquisition project, which includes sourcing the right candidates in various cities, providing them the required training, troubleshooting the on- ground queries and Data Curation Extensive followups to motivate and elicit the best out of their caliber Client servicing. Regularly updating the real- time scenario of the project Going on ground to monitor, engage and motivate the team What are we looking for Expert in People skills Effective communicator (both verbal and written) and a motivator Hands- on experience in MS Excel operations Vigilant enough to improve the ongoing process(s) and make it more scalable and robust Go- getter attitude Anyone having at least 6 months of experience in Temporary manpower management is preferable.
