We have an opening for Assistant Manager for our Client in Saudi Arabia.About Company: -Company is into Perfumery Business, they are into the manufacturing & trading of Perfume products.Job Title:- Assistant ManagerDepartment: WarehouseReporting to: General ManagerLocation: Jeddah / RiyadhSalary:- Up to 8000 SAR Per MonthRequirements:Proven work experience as a Warehouse ManagerPreferably an MBA degree holder/ MBA in Material Management/ MBA in Logistics & SCMMust possess minimum 8 10 years of experienceShould have experience in handling a team of 30+ team membersExpertise in warehouse management procedures and best practicesProven ability to implement process improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databasesLeadership skills and ability manage staffMust possess knowledge in computers and Microsoft officeStrategically manage warehouse in compliance with companys policies and visionOversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operationsSetup layout and ensure efficient space utilizationInitiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and proceduresAdhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirementsMaintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and securityManage stock control and reconcile with data storage systemLiaise with clients, suppliers and transport companiesEnsure that warehouse operate at peak efficiency with showrooms/Outdoor teamsatisfaction by supervising, organizing and training warehouse employees andestablishing, monitoring and managing operational goals.Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day to day operation issue.Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control,space management, floor activity, Delivery schedule of showrooms/OD services.Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work tomaximize efficiency without Overtime.Plan Shifts, assign tasks appropriatelyAssigning deliveries where ever required and maintaining a schedule of delivery ofshopsOversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment etc.Ensuring a well-coordinated reception of all materials, items, and products, andmaking sure they are sorted, labelled, and stored per company standards andpoliciesKindly share your CV with us at hidden_emailPriya Kumari+91 hidden_mobile/ hidden_emailTalish Solutionswww.talishsolutions.com
