Job Title Associate Customer Support Engineer Location(s) DelhiTo fulfill aftersales needs of customers in the assigned territory Responsible to Maintain response time & downtime as per the SLA to assignedcustomers Responsible for instruments installation and Warranty service in the Field. Conduct user training on the safe operations of the equipment and continuallydemonstrate laboratory safety and regulatory awareness while performingduties Responsible for Billable service and promote the service contracts. Responsible for Accessories Sale & generating lead for Consumables sales Performs field service as advised by the Group Leader, carrying our repairs,maintenance and installation of instrumentation and there accessories. Executing preventive maintenance calls as scheduled. Maintains personal service spares issued and inventory records to the higheststandard. Ensures all anomalies are quickly and effectively reported andresolved. Ensures that all tools and test equipment is adequate to perform servicerequired, and that all test equipment issued is calibrated at the times specified. Makes returns of all fully completed service documentation, Service Reports,Expenses Claims, on a daily basis. Support Operations Manager on various reports to ensure data accuracy inservice management system and all Service Delivery tools Knowledge Management To continuously update the technical knowledge of products.
