Job Description

The Role: We are seeking young, bright, and passionate candidate with 2-5 years of experience for the position of Associate - Digital AcquisitionAs an Associate - Digital Acquisition, you are expected to acquire Subject Matter Experts (Freelancers) using your social, professional and interpersonal skills. An ideal Associate - Digital Acquisition is a digitally inclined, analytical driven and always learning, always testing professional with ability to explore new venues for acquiring freelancers for the business. You will join a band of professionals with unstoppable spirit and never say never attitude. Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Google and Bings services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools
  • Experience with Googles Keyword Tool
  • A functional understanding of WordPress
  • The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills
  • Proven success in link building and viral strategies
  • The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy
  • A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO
  • A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
  • Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
  • A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations
  • An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry
  • Familiarity with the best tools in the trade
Must Have:
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate with 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Good working knowledge of SEO
  • Experience in Web Analytics
  • Hands on experience with WordPress
