Associate Fellows have usually completed or are close to completing PhDs with specialization in one or more areas Exceptional MAs may be considered.

All applicants must possess strong empirical skills and the ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with technical and non-technical audiences. PhDs and Masters in Demography, Statistics, Survey Research, Sociology and other related social sciences with strong quantitative experience or demonstrated potential are welcome to apply. Candidates with world-class MPA or MBAs and a strong interest in public policy may apply if they meet other relevant criteria. Appointments are on renewable, 3-year contracts. Shorter-term arrangements as consultants will also be considered.
