Support the end to end process of product complaint information that comes into the Complaint Handling Database, from intake to closure in North Asia Region.We value what makes you unique.   • Translate Japanese event description into English within the complaint data base with support of Machine Translation tool following the complaint processes;
  • Intake, Assessment, and Complaint Determination
  • Complaint Coding
  • Medical Device Reportability Decision & Regulatory Reporting
  • Customer Communication
  • Follow-up communication and closed of complaint
  • Translate Japanese service report into English within the complaint data base with support of Machine Translation tool
Process the event within the complaint database as per instruction, including uploading documents into the databaseMust Have Minimum Requirements
  • Full Time Graduation (Any)
  • Japanese language Certification (N1, N2,N3 Preferred )
  • Minimum 1 to 4 Years of experience
  • Others: Data Entry, Operating Microsoft-based PC, experience or proficiency in MS Office Tools MS Outlook; Excel, Word, Share point, PDF
  • Competencies/Language Skills Ability to process data accurately and promptly per instruction
  • Communication skills (Appropriate contact when problems occur), Japananese reading and writing skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Good verbal communicator and presenter
  • Professional presentation and Presence
  • Can work autonomously but is also a team player
  • Self motivated and positive
  • Outgoing and friendly: Enthusiastic, energetic

  • Good time manager: Well organized, able to set and reset priorities
