Its innovative culture is driven by the passion of its 4240- strong team of scientists who work with clients from around the world to solve their scientific problems, improve R&D productivity, speed up time to market and lower the cost of innovation.Job Purpose (1-2 Lines) Conducting physicochemical characterization, pre-formulation and formulation developmental activities for new chemical entities intended for nonclinical studies.Key Responsibilities: (Maximum 5-8 Points) Physicochemical properties assessment (like ionization constant, pKa and partition co-efficient, log P determinations) of new drug substances Pre-formulation studies (like solubility, dissolution, particle size distribution and stability) of new drug substances Formulation (oral liquids) development and support for nonclinical pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacology (PD) and toxicology (safety) studies Handling and good knowledge on basic analytical tools/ instruments, used in drug discovery and formulation development activities Record, summarize and present experimental data/ results and write subsequent reports Good working knowledge on MS office and basic scientific software/ tools, used in drug discovery and formulation development activitiesEducational Qualification: Candidate with MSc. in Organic chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Physical Chemistry or M.
