# Job is to manage the companys legal affairs and requirements and to guarantee that it is moving towards meeting the companys mission and vision. # Should be familiar with regulatory laws and have an experience in managing and directing litigation and have worked closely with external counsels India. # Experience in dealing with court cases related to Food laws, Drugs & Cosmetic laws, Legal Metrology laws, civil & criminal laws, consumer laws, etc. # Drafting of legal documents, commercial contracts / agreements, etc. # Should be able to brief external lawyers independently in cases. # Experience in appearing before courts / tribunals as AR of the Company. # Reviewing and amending agreements like Non-disclosure, Confidentiality, Merchant agreement, Job work agreement, Lease deed, Service agreement, Settlement Agreements, Trademark License agreements, Memorandum of understanding etc. # Trademark and patent search, filing, prosecution, trademark opposition, litigation and Designs also. It also includes preparing various letter of consent and power of attorneys. ,
