Job Description

Responsible for all reservation and Ticketing at the counter
Ensuring smooth and professional functioning of the counter
Ensure all queries are checked and proper action taken
Maintaining separate files/ registers with subject reports, etc and brief/ report the sales coordinator accordingly
All report related to the counters to be sent to the head office on time
Should try to implement new methods and ways to improve counter sales
To assist in sales and reservation queries of sales staff and understand their needs and extend full cooperation to them
To maintain discipline at the counter
To ensure all stationary pertaining to counter is always available
Coordinate with accounts regarding Credit policy of agents
Proper coordination between accounts, counter and management
To ensure that all reports as and when desired by the HO are submitted on time
Skills
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Travel Operations
Must be a diligent worker having strong co-ordination abilities
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
