Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupport the marketing departments initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating iteneraries, and ordering marketing collateralCoordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database managementCreate, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voiceAssist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations effortsEvaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reportsManage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitivenessConduct market research and identify trendsAssist in the development and implementation of the companys brand strategyEnsure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generationPrepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program successProvide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trendsSupport the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, global contact directory, and intranet sitesFurther knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the teamConduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing dataSupport the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendarsCommunicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotionPlan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing listsMaintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as neededContinually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadershipRequirements of the Role:Desired Candidate ProfileBachelors degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field1-3 years of experience in marketingMust have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skillsFirm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketingMust be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, priotitize tasks, and meet deadlinesMust have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reportsMust have a high level of creativityOnly from Hotels / Hospitality / Travel Industry must .
