Job Description

Role Objective-Technical Consultant, well versed in Dynamics AX architectures and principles, to analyze and recommend solutions to any technical difficulty in a timely mannerCoreResponsibilities-

Keeping track of the latest technology trends and providing insight into this application for the enterprise AX implementation;
Work with Head IT and other functional consultants to translate the business requirements into technology solutions using the Dynamics AX and other 3rd party Applications/Systems;
Estimate and plan tasks needed to define and manage functional and technical requirements, and support design, development, and quality assurance activities;
Assess the context in which new technology will be implemented to identify business and technology impact and identify key stakeholders and their motivations;
Participate in requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that statements of work are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable and that they either conform to standards or an identified change request exists;
Facilitate and bring multiple Departments/Functions together to agree on project scope and build consensus
Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly;
Provide expertise when the company is establishing initiatives and building new business strategies.
New talent development including recruitment and training program design and execution for other team members
Facilitate and design training programs and materials for Business Users
Support Functional Consulted in analyzing the requirement & implementation activities.
Apply OS/ERP application patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure/add new services as necessary.

Accountability-

Organization and implementation of all development assignments and principles for the Enterprise Services Dynamics AX solution;

Ensure smooth functioning of Dynamics AX, POS & other Services and application softwareEducation-

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer thought leadership and solutions and translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits.
Working experience involving technical consulting, solution design, development work coordinating, planning, development, deployment, and management.
Familiar with Microsoft SureStep Implementation methodology
Excellent communication skill in English is a must

Microsoft Dynamics Ax 2012 Development certification (desirable)Experience-Work experience of at least 3 years proven track record in Dynamics AX. Experience in the Retail/Apparel industry is preferable.Knowledge and skillset-

Dynamics AX Design and Development thru SSRS Reports
Dynamics AX 2012 (X++), MorphX, C#
Dynamics AX Security System Setup and Administration
Experience in Data Import/Export Framework (DIXF / DFM) in AX 2012
Enterprise Portal and Role center page configuration and creation
Dynamics AX installation and configuration
Experience in SSRS and SSAS configuration and reporting
Demonstrated knowledge in Application upgrades,
Experience in Application Integrations Framework (AIF), WCF services and testing
Technical solution description and documentation
Ability to analyze and recommend solutions to any technical difficulty in a timely manner

SharePoint 2013 and 2010 installation and configuration is a plus
