    Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and result-orientedB2B Sales Executiveto join our dynamic media sales team. This role focuses onclient acquisition, corporate sales, inside ad sales, andcold calling, with a key objective of selling advertising solutions to brands, agencies, and corporates across industries. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and driven to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and target new business opportunitiesthrough research and outbound cold calling.
    • Generate leads and convert prospectsinto long-term advertising partners.
    • Pitch media offerings (print, digital, business conference , etc.) to clients and agencies based on their marketing needs.
    • Manage theend-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account management.
    • Meet and exceed sales targetson a monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to create customized ad solutions.
    • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 0-5 years of experiencein B2B sales, preferably in media, advertising, digital marketing, or publishing.
    • Proven experience incold calling and client acquisition.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Target-driven and highly self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
    • Good understanding of media/advertising industry trends is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
