Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to independently design, execute, troubleshoot cell culture based in vitro studies.Working with LLCPKI, MDCKII, HEK cell lines will be considered a plus.The candidate is expected to interpret the data, and communicate it to the team to support drug discovery in a fast-paced environment.This role requires enthusiasm, critical thinking abilities. Hands on experience with in vitro ADME, and/or transporters is a plus for this position.Educational Qualification: MSc/M Pharm/M Tech/B PharmTechnical/functional Skills:Must have:Hands on, and demonstrated troubleshooting experience in cell cultureStrong background in enzyme kinetics and cell based assaysGood to have:In vitro ADME experienceDrug transporter knowledgeExperience:0-3 years for masters degree holders, min 4 years for B Pharm/B TechsBehavioral Skills:One of the most important aspect is the person should be a good collaborator, communicator with emotional intelligence.He/she has to work in a highly collaborative environment both within BBRC and across BMS teams.Project support will be first priority along with exploratory works.
