Job Description

BRANCH ADMINISTRATIONQUALIFICATION: - GRADUATEEXP: - 10+YRSJOB DESCRIPTIONMaintenance and Upkeep of office Establish systems and procedures for safety and security of the branch and the assets in the branch All Agreements Licenses Insurances etc. are maintained, updated and renewed on time Ensure proper fleet/vehicle management and try to optimize the maintenance costs. Also to ensure no misuse of vehicles by putting in strong, workable and practical monitoring systems Ensure all statutory compliance are in place, w.r.t Shops and Establishment Act, Trade License, Contractual staff, Labour guidelines, various taxes etc. Updating various registers as per state statutory guidelines and timely renewal Physical Verification of Assets basis on FAR Prepare list of unused/scrap asset and discard post taking appropriate approvals Leading and managing the team by ensuring proper support and guidance is provided.
