Role Description:- Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including CASA, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Banks objectives.- Responsible to manage & oversee complete branch activities like: sales, transactions, documentations, business development & team management.- Manage a team of relationship officers to drive client acquisition, building household level customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship.- Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationship. Maintain AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for the financial year i.e. to prepare and track product (liability, assets and fees) wise weekly/monthly reviews of sales.- Monitor & monitor collections and recoveries of repayments against loans.- Conduct field audits and customer verifications.- Achieve productivity, efficiency, financial (budget and cash flow), customer service targets and statutory compliance for the branch.- Coach and mentor field officers.- Maintenance of branch assets.- Assess and monitor portfolio quality and loan limits.- Develop and implement livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.
