Job Description

    * Will be responsible for meeting the branch targets of all financial products which includes GoldLoans .* Participate in field-marketing activities along with the team to improve the brand* Generate leads for new customer acquisition in the catchment area.* Ensure continuous customer engagement through various channels* Plan, conduct && monitor the branch && field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline ofleads resulting into business conversion and branch growth.* Will be responsible for maintaining quality portfolio by tracking && controlling ROI and promptresolution of queries pre && post loan disbursal* Will be responsible for correct valuation and maintenance of 100% process compliance at thebranch.* Conducting error free valuation && appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in the branch withcorrect weight && purity assessment as per the company policy and auditory compliance.* Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities following theguidelines and procedures laid down by the company.* Will be responsible for strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control.* Will be responsible for coaching, mentoring && training the team and also providing timelyfeedback on their performance and motivating them to achieve targets.* Responsible to maintain the branch in a hygienic manner.* Will be responsible to prepare reports related to branch functioning, its performance and takenecessary actions for Branch business growth.
