You will be responsible. for managing branch operations and spearheading the sales initiatives of the organization. Some of the day-to-day tasks involved include generating new business, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring operations and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field 3 years of experience in sales and financial services, preferably in vehicle financing and small businesses lending Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach Good knowledge of financial products and services, regulatory and compliance standards Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Fluency in English and Hindi both written and verbal,
