  • New Product/ Product Extension Planning, Development and Launch: Gather inputs from consumer insights , coordinate for Consumer Preference Testing & initiate new product launch.
  • Should have good written and verbal communication skills (Hindi and English both)
  • Consumer Promotion (Domestic Market) : Conceptualize consumer promotion schemes and co- execute with agencies
  • Media Activation: Plan and prepare the brief for project activation and plan execution with agencies.
  • Should be able to negotiate with vendors.
  • Good creative skills, sound knowledge of POP material, display and Newspaper ads etc.
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 yrs relevant experience in brand management and Launching
  • MS Degree in Branding or a related field.
  • Familiar with latest trends and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of brand tonality, social media communication, campaigns & consumer behaviour.
  • Should have good understanding of online promotions, customer behaviour, engagement on social channels with posts, images etc.
  • have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
  • be a good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research
  • be able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
  • be able to manage different projects at the same time
  • be energetic and passionate about their product speciality
  • be able to work well under pressure
  • have good presentation skills.
