Job profile Responsible for eliciting and managing functional requirements through partnership and collaboration with the business leads working to build/find appropriate solutions Carry out requirements gathering and Impact analysis independently and ensure that all the related topics/projects are well understood Creation and update of supporting documents e.g. Business Requirements Document, Functional Specification Document, Workflow diagrams, project plans etc Works in a collaborative and agile manner to document user requirements and deliver them on time and with desired quality Supports the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks Works with all stakeholders ensure consistent implementation of processes Responsible for successful implementation of products within timelines. Provide functional support to application end users and production support teams Required to travel at stakeholder locations as per project requirements Require good analytical and reporting skills to fulfill MIS requirements of project by working with stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile Experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, warehouse operations will be a plus Experience in working with ERP systems will be a plus. Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills, client communication and presentation skills Experience in use case designing and creating workflow diagrams Excellent stakeholder management skills Excellent interpersonal skills to drive the team initiatives, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Go getter and self starter who can work both as an individual contributor or in a team environment. Ability to quickly learn new domain expertise and new applications Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements Capabilities in identifying business cases on innovation through deep dive and take the lead on the topics Good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools (agile, waterfall, MS Office, Google Docs, Jira) Maturity and persuasiveness to engage in business dialogue and support stakeholders Ability to work with virtual teams in matrixed organizations that are cross-cultural with multi geographical locations. Ability to commit and prioritize work duties and tasks Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to support the stakeholders to resolve operational issues. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree Appropriate certifications to support BA skill sets. CAPM, CBAP etc will be an added advantage,
