Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their financial needs and providing them with appropriate solutions- Identify and acquire new business clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling- Conduct thorough financial analysis of potential clients to assess creditworthiness and risk- Prepare and present credit proposals to the credit committee for approval- Monitor and manage the performance of the assigned portfolio, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues or concerns- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, operations, and credit to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients- Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and improve existing products and services- Achieve individual and team targets for business growth and profitabilityQualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or commercial lending- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the SME segment- Proven track record of acquiring and managing business clients- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software- Knowledge of local market and competition is preferred- Must be willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities
