Minimum graduate in any stream and/or BBA or MBA. Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in Maths & English. 2. Basic knowledge of Class 8 or 10 Arithmetic and Geometry. EXPERIENCE - Minimum 3 years in a similar job SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE 1.Full operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook etc.)2.Speed and Accuracy in Typing/Entry of Data3. Good Communication Skills in English related to reading, writing & speaking. 4.All remaining General Skills as per details attached. 5.Capacity to Learn & Grasp 6. Reasoning Power JOB DESCRIPTION A. SALES 1. Expand business by locating & adding new customers & new related products. 2. Retaining existing customers by taking care of their commercial & technical requirements. 3. Maintain positive, prompt & pleasant communication with customers through phone calls, emails, Whatsapp, SMS etc.4. Cold Calling and fixing appointments for the salesman. 5. Update Sales Price History and generate Price Lists. 6. Maintain checklist of all documents / files required by sales person for sales visit and supply if anything is missing. 7.Sending introductory emails and generate enquiries. 8. Post meeting of salesman, send letter of thanks to customer visited. 9. Send quotations against enquiries from customers. 10.Follow up with customer for orders/payments through emails and phone. 11. Send Customer Data Form to any new customer and save. 12. Maintain Databank of various categories of customers.13. Processing of Orders and sending to Godowns for dispatch. 14. Sending emails of dispatch details to customers 15. Match the data (packing list, cutting sheet etc.) received from our godown with the order of the customer. 16.Coordinate with transporters for dispatch of goods and track deliveries to the customers. 17. Coordinate with our godown for dispatches, to ascertain status of orders, and, resolve all doubts and queries. B . GENERAL 1. Compile/File all documents/supports. 2. Tracking of Work and maintaining records 3. Read and understand emails received and take appropriate action. 4. Assist the owners to supervise all routine affairs of the office5. Should be very good in handling documents & filing. 6. Responsible for all routine operations of the office, which requires Multi-Tasking. 7. Responsible for prompt & pleasant total communication & correspondence (incoming & outgoing)with all customers, suppliers, service providers, staff, vendors & transporters. 8. Reporting directly to the owners. PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:1. Good grasp of English and Hindi Language(Reading + Writing) 2. Good Memory 3. Handwriting should be clear, neat and legible. 4. Belong to and settled in Delhi 5. Stay close to Nehru Place (or at the most in South Delhi) 6. Speed in Typing /Computer Entry 7. Basic knowledge of Tally Software specially to prepare Sale Invoices. 8. Interested in working on a long-term basis.
