Job Description

    Position: Business Development ExecutiveJob Summary: The Institute of Management & Professional Studies (IMPS) is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of IMPS by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in building strategic partnerships, developing relationships with corporate clients, and promoting our programs and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.Job Responsibilities:
    1. Business Development:
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand IMPSs reach and revenue streams.
    • Conduct market research to identify target industries, companies, and potential clients.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth objectives.
    1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote IMPS programs and services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to customize and tailor program offerings to meet client requirements.
    1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IMPS programs.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business opportunities.
    • Track sales activities, manage sales pipelines, and provide regular reports on sales performance.
    1. Marketing and Promotions:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
    • Participate in the development of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, flyers, and website content.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor positioning, and customer preferences.
