Job Description

    Note: We prefer hiring candidates from Dwarka or nearby (Palam, Najafgarh, Uttam Nagar, Dwarka Mod, Dabri, Mayapuri, Rajouri Garden, Vikaspuri, Janakpuri) instead of Gurgaon/Noida (due to distance). Also this will be a full-time job at our Dwarka, New Delhi office.Job Responsibilities- To onboard new clients as well as maintain relationship with existing clients to their satisfaction & upselling.- Identify and build active sales pipeline to work upon and convert them to achieve a quarterly / half yearly sales target.- Work closely with cross functional teams and use collaborative problem-solving skills.- Co-ordinate with Domestic & International clients- Monitoring & Optimising Campaigns as per client requirements- Delivering performance reports and analyzing data to develop short and long strategies based on growth in order to meet sales target, brand goals and improve performanceMinimum Requirements- Minimum of an undergraduate degree in the field of marketing or in a related field- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in related / similar role.- Command on Spoken & Written English- Able to work independently as well as liaise with team(s)- Good Interpersonal Skills- Self-Motivated- Learning AttitudeBenefits- Flexible working hours- 5 - Days working culture- Tenure Recognition and Awards- Performance Linked Growth Opportunities- Higher Pay than Industry Standard- Opportunity to work with some of the exclusive high-end brands (global)- Full-time position
