5 years of experiences in sales, marketing and business development. Relevant experience in solar power sector would be preferred. Identification of major Business opportunities; Sales and Business development of PV projects, specifically rooftop. Development of New markets & Sales network. Hire, train and lead business development team Establish sales processes and Key Performance Indicators for the Business Development team Draft marketing strategy, manage marketing budgets and manage marketing plans and promotional campaigns Manage the sales funnel with the help of business development team including preparation of proposals, pitch meetings, negotiations.
