Job Description

  • To be responsible for generating business in Human Resource.
  • Generating leads through cold calling and setting up meetings with potential clients
  • Should be able to do strong follow up with the client.
  • Responsible to achieve Business Targets in Permanent Recruitment & Contract Staffing & RPO engagements.
  • Develop Sales Strategies & maintain a client Pipe-line.
  • Preparation of quotations & Business Proposals for acquiring new prospective Clients & working for the existing client.
  • Managing End to end prospect of business development activities by continuously identifying new clients from different industries, conducting regular research on prospects for our empanelment by doing market research, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Follow up and Relationship Building with clients and internal team.
  • BD CRM data should be up to date such that one can pull metrics on different stages of lead -> conversion any time. Submit timely report to the Management as per prescribed formats and responsible for all documentation /requirements.
  • Engage with Recruitment team to make sure the set targets are achieved.
  • Payment Follow-up and maintain Sales Record and Target.
Required Candidate profileRequired Candidate profile Any Graduate with 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Development. Good Proven record for converting leads into business Good spoken and written English communication Strong Presentation Skill & business plan skills Preferably someone who has worked for a HR firm/Recruitment/Consulting / IT consulting/ ERP Sales / Service Sales. MS office ( Excel, Word, Power point) skill are important ,
