Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the companys products.
    • Speak to customers, either face-to-face or over the phone
    • Gain an understanding of customers diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
    • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technicalspecifications and other features of employers systems and processes, and then documenting them.
    • Use multi-channel outreach - including email, social media, ads, and cold in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
    • Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
    • Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
    • Reach out to senior decision-makers in the community, with a focus on conveying.
    • Value proposition to begin an engagement with them.
    • respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature.
    • Manage workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
    • Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues
    Requirements and Skills
    • 3-4 years of Sales & business development experience.
    • Experience selling SaaS-based software/solutions or internet-based technologies/services.
    • Excellent coaching skills; ability to observe, evaluate, and give meaningful feedback.
    • Must have enthusiasm for cold-calling, networking, and establishing new relationships.
    • Progressive and tested management skills that fosters good habits and a positive work
    • environment to hit quota.
    • Avid use of digital technologies, mobile, social media and web-based software.
    • Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude.
    • Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize the workload.
    • Ability to pay attention to detail.
    • In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, as well as industry trends and innovation.
    • Able to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
