Job Description

    Business Development ManagerSkills: Sales experience with multiple network security technologies like, Endpoint Security, DLP, Firewall, IPS, Proxy, Cloud security, NGFW, SIEM, NAC, etc.Position Name: BDM/ Sr. BDMExperience: 8+ yearsNotice Period: Immediate to 45 daysJob location: Pune and DelhiResponsibilities:
    • Identifying potential customers and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
    • Negotiating contracts with clients.
    • Responsible for achieving business and sales objective / targets.
    • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and OEM.
    • Handle account management matters and be the point of contact for customers.
    • Build strategic account relationships (at all levels from IT Engineer to CIO) and develop new client relationships to achieve sales volume and profit goals.
    • Prepare proposals, and present solutions to customers.
    • Lead and work with various internal teams to formulate solutions and strategies to compete in a highly competitive environment.
    • Work with cross functional teams to coordinate pre-sales, post-sales, and support resources to drive successful closure and implementation for customers.
    • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators.
    • Sales experience with multiple security technologies like, Endpoint Security, DLP, Firewall, IPS, NGFW, SIEM, NAC etc.
    • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companys CRM Zoho.
    • Forecast revenue targets and ensure they are met.
    • Track, record and convert Business Development activities into sales revenue.
    • Understand the companys goal and purpose to continue to enhance the companys performance and meeting company financial KPI.
