Job Description

    Position: Business Development ManagerLocation: Delhi, India (Open to Travel)Recliners India, a leader in the furniture industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is based in Delhi, India, but requires a willingness to travel, especially to Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our presence in the Saudi Arabian market. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealers, OEMs, and retailers in Saudi Arabia. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends. Coordinate with the internal team to achieve sales targets and align with company objectives. Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to our customers. Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.Requirements: Must be an. ex-resident of Saudi Arabia with a strong understanding of the local market. Fluent in Arabic, both spoken and read. Proven experience in furniture sales, with a solid track record of achieving sales targets. Existing connections with dealers, OEMs, and retailers in the Saudi market. Proficient in G-suite and MS Office. Technical background preferred. Must possess a valid passport and be open to extensive travel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
