Job Description

    Job Summary:This is a unique opportunity to be the foundational pillar of Doxys digital marketing department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up, attracting new clients, and establishing Doxy as a trusted provider in the market. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a relentless drive to succeed.Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning:
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.
    • Develop a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with Doxys overall business objectives.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and track progress.
    Building the Foundation:
    • Establish and optimize core digital marketing channels (e.g., website, social media, email marketing).
    • Implement SEO best practices for organic search visibility.
    • Utilize content marketing to educate target audiences and establish thought leadership.
    • Craft compelling PPC campaigns to drive targeted leads and conversions.
    • Set up and manage analytics tools to track campaign performance and user behavior.
    Growth & Client Acquisition:
    • Develop lead generation strategies and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
    • Create proposals and presentations to acquire new clients for digital marketing services.
    • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, adapting the strategy accordingly.
    Foundational Operations:
    • Establish workflow and processes for efficient digital marketing operations.
    • Identify and implement relevant marketing tools and technologies.
    • Recruit and manage freelance talent or build a small digital marketing team as needed.
    • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on building new initiatives.
    • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns from scratch.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
    • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
    • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
