    Job Position:Business Development ManagerLocation:DelhiEducation:Graduate (Computer Graduates Preferred) MBA (IT Sales/Marketing)Experience: 3-5 yrsRoles & Responsibilities:1. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. Planning daily tasks, adhering to a schedule isimportant. The committed volume of tasks has to be completed, whether through WFH orfieldwork2. Develop and execute comprehensive account plans3. Ensure customer satisfaction in the complete sales cycle4. Expect moderate travel.5. Consistently share prospect feedback regarding our services to the Leadership team andoffer suggestions for additional services to be added to our portfolio.6. Work closely with Marketing to ensure to help launch account-specific plans, workshops,engagement programs.7. Market Intelligence - Gather info on the customer, competition, and govt policies. Buildaccount-specific databases, contacts through social media, web research. Collect accountbuying behavior. data and knowledge of the domain/industry/govt policies/technology trends.8. You will collaborate with the engineering team to stay on top of industry trends and deviseenhancements to the Cloud products.Desired Skills:1. Experience working in any IT sales background2. Adopt to startup culture and develop a sense of ownership for tasks, since we are a youngand small company3. Good knowledge of local language, local city /state-based accounts, and establishedcontacts in at least 10 top accounts of your region.4. Should have sportsman spirit -Work with the team to identify and qualify businessopportunities6. Managing the technical relationship with our customers, including managing product andsolution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technicalresources.Hands-on with Product and Service demonstration requirements:1. Need Experienced Candidate who comes from direct sales, key account management,cloud computing background.2. Must have experience in selling Cloud services. Good to have experience in AWS Cloudservices.3. Excellent written and spoken English.4.
