We are Hiring for Route Planner for Mumbai Location as a Team Leader for Phlebotomist,roles and Responsibilities :handles Reporting of Route Planner and Quality Supervisorinvolve in Hiring Process of Route Planners and Phlebotomistsinvolve in New City Expansionassigning Bookings to Phlebos to Make Sure all Bookings are Executed On Timehandling On Field Calls from Phlebos While Collecting Samplesresolving Any Sort of Negative Feedback Around Sample Collection Received Directly or Through Customer Relation Team (hygiene, Time, Behavior Etc.)coordinating with Operations Team for New Hiringkeeping Check On Quality and Sample Collection Hygiene of Phleboscollecting Cash from Phlebos, Matching and Submitting It to the Accounts Teamupdating Daily Reports On Scheduled Bookingstraining Phlebos for Upselling.making Sure Phlebos have Enough Kits or Required Materials for Sample Collection.skills & Qualifications:minimum of Dmlt or Bachelors Degreegood Communication in Marathi, Hindi, Englishshould have Detailed Knowledge On Tests & Profiles,should have Geographical Idea About the City,has Worked for the Similar Profile Before, Has Good Network of Technicians & Phlebos Around the City,has Done Phlebotomy Before or Worked in Logistics,punctuality is a Must and the Candidate Should Be Open to Work in Flexible Hours
