Job Description

    The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to onboard hospitals and create awareness among healthcare professionals about the companys offerings. This role will involve close coordination with doctors, TPA desks, and hospital staff to assist patients with claim filing and rejections, ensuring smooth processes and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
    1. Awareness Creation Amongst Doctors: Build relationships with doctors, educate them on the companys services, and promote claim management solutions through meetings and presentations.
    2. Assistance with Claim Filing and Rejections: Help patients with claim filing, resolve rejections, and ensure timely follow-ups with both patients and hospital staff.
    3. Coordination with TPA Desks: Establish strong relationships with TPA desks, collaborate to streamline claim processes, and resolve issues related to patient claims.
    4. Connection with Nursing Staff: Build relationships with nursing staff, educate them on company services, and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
    Requirements:
    1. Experience in business development, hospital onboarding, or a related role in healthcare services.
    2. Experience in working with TPA desks, doctors, or hospital staff is a plus.
    3. Relationship-building with medical and administrative staff
    4. A customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
    5. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
