Job Description

Business Development HeadEligibility:Minimum 5 Years of ExperienceQualification:Post Graduate in any streamLocation:Preferably Delhi NCRKey Responsibilities:-

  • Driving the business by engaging with various stake holders across industry
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on- boarding of new clients
  • Formulate business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
  • Meeting up regularly with clients to understand their requirements and drive the business
  • Participating in achieving overall business plans for increasing profitability & revenue base.
  • Presently providing end to end HR services, looking into the operational aspects of every account, cross selling, adding up of more business, client servicing
  • Regular monitoring of reports, accessing and forecasting the revenue to be generated Competencies and Skills: -
