We have been retained to hire a Business Head for a leader in digital and entertainment communications industry.Must be a Premier Institute alumnus from between 2000 to 2004 batches. The role is responsible for : Setting up the business in a new market ( delhi/ncr).Create the working plans and drive achievement of the planned financial performance.Handle a large team of Sales/BD managers to set up client acquisition.Lead the business unit with in depth Sales/Marketing, Service Delivery, Technical and commercial functions.Manage relationships with external and internal stake holders, including Govt, various departments, etc., Desired ProfileThe Person :Proven leadership position with 12+ years in an extremely competitiveB2C environment. 2000-2004 Premier Institute alumnus.Prefer candidates from FMCG/Consumer durable/ Telecom/DTH Must have handled P&L responsibility including 5+ years with complete responsibilities for all functions.
