Job Description

    Sales Head South IndiaOur Client is a reputed manufacturing company with pan India operations and market leader in the segment. We are looking to hire a result-oriented and self-driven professional with min 15 years of experience across sales & business development to manage the South business.- Strong channel development experience, working in cross-functional teams and partnering with stakeholders including senior management and leadership on formulation and delivery on the business strategy, is required.- Ideal candidate would be a person from large consumer centric business with strong B2C experience growing and driving over 1000 Crore P&L. Strong team management skills and ability to manage rapid expansion. Key responsibilities:- Managing sales for the entire range of products.- Spearheading sales planning and delivery | Revenues INR 1000+Crore - Engineer Market Share gains in a diverse and competitive geography- Building, directing and motivating a high-performing sales team of 150 plus people.- Managing a network of 2000+ direct Retailer partners and 75+ distributors. Mandatory - Experience of managing south region in current or previous role is must. ,
