In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel and managed security service provider (MSSP) strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in India. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and onboard strategic partners, develop channel programs, and ensure partner success.Location: Should be. currently in Bangalore, Mumbai or DelhiNOTE: Experience with managing SMB/Run rate businesses with Cyber/Network Security industry along with people management skills is must**Responsibilities Develop and implement channel and MSSP strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals in India. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Managing Channels, MSSP, and Service Provider business for India Experience is driving SMB/Runrate business is desirable. Experience in working with Service providers will be an added advantage Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners and MSSPs across various industry verticals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including distributors, resellers, system integrators, and MSSPs. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop partner enablement programs, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives. Provide ongoing support and training to partners to ensure alignment with company goals, product knowledge, and sales enablement. Track and analyze key performance metrics, including partner pipeline, revenue growth, and partner satisfaction. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote brand awareness and foster relationships.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 10-20 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development roles, preferably in the IT security or technology industry. Proven track record of successfully developing and managing channel and MSSP partnerships to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Should have people management experience Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and distribution channels in the Indian market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
