As a Charted Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all financial activities of the company. This includes financial planning, budgeting, auditing, taxation, and compliance.Qualifications And Skills Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Charted Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Charted Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Experience in managing internal and external audits Sound understanding of taxation and compliance Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Leadership and team management abilitiesRoles And Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations Manage the companys financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits Ensure timely and accurate taxation and compliance filing Develop and implement financial policies and procedures Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior management team Monitor cash flow, cash management, and working capital Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives Stay updated with accounting and tax regulations and ensure compliance Manage and mentor a team of junior accountants,
