Leading a team; typically performs complex programming tasks fairly independent. Contributing in all phases of the development life-cycle. Analyzing the existing system architecture and strategically design and implement new changes. Designing, developing and integrating the code to meet the functional requirements; contribute with minimal supervision. Maintaining and update release notes for the development documentation. Partnering with onshore/offshore leads, QA, E2E, BA and other stake holders to accomplish the assigned tasks. Partnering with Domestic users to find the opportunities and update on the status at regular intervals. Participating in post implementation issues and performance tuning. Setting challenging yet realistic goals for self and/or team that align with your workgroup. Building relationships with onshore/offshore stakeholders that create shared success for the project. Driving innovation, take risks and learn from failure.What we re looking for.In this role, you ll support mission and business critical applications within Network System covering engineering and planning across wireless applications. You ll be responsible for developing highly efficient and reliable applications for internal teams.Understanding the Business requirements, design a business solution and work with different functional teams to deliver the solution. Using professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of complex problems in creative and practical ways. Involving oneself in one large and/or complex project at a time; develops schedules to ensure timely completion of the project. Receiving general guidance for the accomplishment of short to medium term goals and operating objectives. Supporting development and maintenance of projects delivered under major programs (e.g. 5G, RAN). Learning and delivering multiple technologies and working closely with the DevOps teams to deliver against timelines.You are curious about new technologies and the possibilities they create. You enjoy the challenge of supporting applications while exploring ways to improve upon the technology. You are driven and motivated, with strong communication and analytical skills. You will be working with multiple stakeholders within wireless and Wireline teams in understanding and delivering the requirements and design.You ll need to have:Bachelor s degree or Six or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Four or more years of end to end experience in Building High-Quality Standard AI Conversational Chatbot with at least 10-20 good AI conversational. Chatbot Projects & applications experience in any Industry. Knowledge of the end user requirement and experience translating the requirement into a business requirement document for the chatbot development or implementation. Experience developing chatbot queries and responses model based on the user input in the form of chatbot consumable format. Experience transforming the user requirement into the Chabot flow and design appropriate module for training and integration to user interface. Experience creating NLP modules to enhance the chatbot development process and improve the accuracy of the Chatbot. Experience developing and fine - tuning machine learning algorithm to improve chatbot engine accuracy and speed. Experience developing REST/JSON API s Design code for high scale/availability/resiliency. Experience developing responsive web apps and integrate APIs using NodeJS. Experience in Micro services, SQL, Kubernetes, Scripting ( Python/Shell).Even better if you have one or more of the following: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Hands on with Application migration to AWS. Knowledge of DevOps methodology.,
