Job Description

Importadd removecreate user accounts and configure logon methods for the user accounts based on the roles
Manage user access levels to objects and modules
Creating/Managing teams, workgroups
Creation/Managing of Security groups, roles, portal login for customers
Add/Remove data from tables and stored values as per the requirement
Configuration/Customizations in Service Catalogue
Configuration of SLAs as per the business model or teams requirement
Configuration and customization of business objects, search queries and services
Manage automation rule, enable/disable automation processes
Creation of Reports
Creation/Modification of one-step actions
Tailoring relationships
Use Blueprints to configure and manage system definitions (ex. fields, forms)
Deployment of Blueprint, Specifics forms, workflows, Business objects configured on the system (Sandbox, Development and Production Systems)
Enhancement/Tweaking workflows as per CSI
Creation/Modification of Specifics forms
Import and Export data and perform system maintenance
Pause/Resume scheduler and manage scheduled items
Manage browser client and portal settings
Testing/troubleshooting the developed workflows for bugs/irregularities
Fulfillment of day-to-day requests by catering to the needs of teams
Configuration/ managing system Integration with monitoring and other tools as well
Managing Cherwell Rest API setting and operations
Administrating ITSM Tool
Work on day-to-day Incident/Request/Change/Problem/Task pertaining to Enterprise/ITSM/Retail Tool
Must have the experience on Monitoring Tools - Solar Winds, Action Express
Must have the experience on Pagerduty, ETQ & CG4

Shift Timings will be from 6:00 AM EST till 3:00 PM EST
The consultants will follow the India Holiday Calendar
