Job Details : Dear candidateWe are hiring Client Service Executive for our client MMTC Ltd., (Metals and Minerals Trading Corporation of India)Working Location: Delhi at MMTC Ltd., (Metals and Minerals Trading Corporation of India)Training Buyers and Bidders over our eProcurement toolFacilitate Department Users in the creation of all forms required for the floating of eTenders / eAuctionsFacilitate Department Users in the opening/evaluation/closing of tendersMediating for any new requirements from the client and routing it to ETLGetting the PRs from the client.Converting the PR to RFP/auctionFloating a mock event to check if RFP/auction meets the RequirementsManaging and monitoring the entire events, closing of event & submitting the reportsMaintaining MISMaintaining good relationship with the clientReporting Client as well as Manager at Head Office.To provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to any issues as faced by clients (Dept. / Vendors) in our eProcurement Platform. Responsible for observing, responding and addressing queries while ensuring the clients satisfaction. Responsible to conduct successful an online etender & eauction on our eProcurement portal.Invoice & payment follow-upReady to work on Saturday as and when requiredReady to travel anywhere whenever required.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsEducation: Any Graduate/Masters. Preferably BE/MSC/MCA.Experience: (0-5 Year) Experience in client service, customer care or similar roles, Computer knowledge with MS Office, Knowledge of e-Mail Communication
