Job Description

The job entails marketing communication responsibilities pertaining to brands we service as well as for the in-house projects.Position:- Client servicing ExecutiveKRA:-This is a highly rewarding and gratifying profile that includes:1. Client Servicing:1. Brand / Key account management2. Client Servicing3. Conceptualising and ideating campaigns across mediums.4. Preparing presentations, pitches, proposals, estimates etc.5. Media Buying6. Vendor management7.Handling billing and invoicing activities for the firm and managing issues related to the same.8. Leading and guiding the team through a days work.9. Coordinating with the internal team, clients, vendors and media etc.10. Mentoring the junior team membersBusiness Development:(ITS NOT A TARGET BASED PROFILE. we GENERATE BUSINESS BY VIRTUE OF LEADS WE GET AND NOT BY COLD CALLING)1.Managing marketing operations with a view to achieve business (sales volume & market share) objectives and ensure top line and bottom line profitability.2.Establishing short term / long term budgets and designing business plans / strategies for maximising profitability & revenue generation & realize corporate goals.3.Conceptualizing and implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of products / services.4.Conducting competitor market analysis for keeping abreast of market structure & enhancing market penetration.5.Mapping requirements & providing solutions involving evaluation scope of product & finalization of requirements.6.Identifying & networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability & increased sales growth.7. Preparing pitch presentations, proposals, invoices etc.8. Leading meetings and presentations for business development and regular follow up after pitches.9. Client relation management right from the first point of contact till the completion of the association.7.Leading, training & monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in business operations & meeting of targets.Must Have Skills:1.Proven track record in key account management and business development.2. Excellent communication skills.3. Pleasant personality and very good soft skills.4. Degree in mass communication is preferred.5. 1-4 years of experience in the relevant industry and profile.Salary:- 20-35k
