Job Description

    urgent requirement Company secretarygender- malesalary- 45k to 50klocation- bawana sector-5objective: To ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properlyWork Planning and ExecutionA) Key Processes
    • Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
    • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
    • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
    • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
    • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
    • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
    • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
    • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
    • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
    • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
    • Taking care of Major outstanding payment follow ups, team meetings, hiring process sometimes.
    • Helping the Finance team and coordination in terms of some work
    • Arranging and making snapshots of the daily report of the marketing team
    • Drafting of emails, legal documentation, Bank related work specially where the professional advice legal work is involved.
    • Taking the suggestions, reports, queries from all team members to Kamal Sir
    • Taking care of all ODs, Leaves, Tour Plan approvals after discussing with Kamal Sir
    B) Key Results
    • Ensure all support needed to reporting manager
    • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
    • MeetingsOffice Monthly Meeting
    • Any other adhoc meeting called by the management
