Job description: Title Talent Strategy (I&D) Senior Manager Career Level: 6The role will involve: Accelerating an inclusive and equitable Accenture India culture, deeply rooted in human connections Understanding the India strategic talent and business priorities and translating them into impactful programs and interventions around Inclusion and Diversity Operationalizing and managing complex programs, understanding the connection points to cross-leverage and cross-pollinate for success Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved Developing evaluation methods to assess program success and identify areas for improvement Working with and managing multiple business and HR stakeholders, internal and external partners, and vendors Understanding of our I&D data, key measures, and leveraging data to make informed recommendations and decisions A few of the activities you might focus on: Leveraging data insights to design the activities and programs that will deliver the most impact, craft a narrative to tell a story and impact the overarching talent strategy: o Actively monitoring progress against our Accenture India goals, responsible for reporting progress against the agreed plan to leadership teams as required o Proactively identifying potential risks/ gaps and proposing/ implementing initiatives to address those o Coaching and advising the business/ HR leads to make data-driven decisions that have a significant, positive impact on our goals Working in partnership with the global I&D CoE to amplify strategic priorities and tactics across a broad range of I&D topics disability, Pride, neurodiversity, culture, allyship for all etc. Identify and create new innovative I&D interventions Be a trusted advisor and champion for I&D, applying knowledge while demonstrating an understanding of the business needs What You ll Need: Awareness of achievements and challenges towards Inclusiveness in Accenture India Previous experience working on I&D programs/initiatives is preferred, a passion for I&D is required Talent experience preferred (defining and developing talent initiatives, people analytics/surveys, organizational design, people & career development, learning, employee experience/engagement) Relationship management experience with top-level executives Proven track record in developing strategies and driving tangible results across teams in an ambiguous environment while leveraging data from a multitude of sources to tell a story and impact the overarching strategy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well a passion for working across functions and levels, synthesizing multiple points of view, and owning a coherent action plan, all while negotiating with and influencing others Experience managing Insights Marketplace data,
