Ltd - a leading Digital Content Management firm based out of New Delhi.Designation:Compensation & benefits and Compliance- Executive/ Sr. ExecutiveExperience: 3 to 5 YearsJob Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi, India.Job Overview:The incumbent will be responsible to Deliver Payroll services to agreed timelines and accuracy, whilst enforcing and complying with the companys financial policies and standard processes. Establish and implement internal control procedures. Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all Payroll transactions Analyze existing policies and procedures for payroll, identify gaps / improvement areas and recommend changes, Monitor adherence to processes, policy, guidelines, payroll timelines and SLAs & Conduct regular review to ensure accuracy Act as custodian of compensation cost.Delivering cost effective, ethical, reliable, and high quality payroll solutions, while sustaining a challenging and rewarding work environment for our greatest asset, our employees. Produce and maintain Payroll procedures and participate in project work for new processes in implementing best practices in payrollFurther Description:Preparation of Employee monthly attendance Statements (Monitoring the Attendance, leave records, late coming etc.)Preparation of salaries statements submission to F&A and coordination for disbursal of salaries in time.Preparation of payslipsManage special situations like maternity or sickness payCalculation and payment of termination payments (resignation/retirement/redundancy).Ensuring receipt of all supporting documents with related to Full & Final Settlement and preparation of the same.Payment and reconciliation of bonus payments. Calculation, payment and reconciliation of payroll tax and group tax.Administration, calculation, payment and reconciliation of all superannuation contributions.Preparation and reconciliation of monthly General Ledger wages journals.Preparation and reconciliation of payment summaries.Ensure prompt maintenance of staff records at all times including archiving and filing.Liaise with HR staff appointments, terminations, remuneration, conditions of service and other relevant matters.Manage claims and expensesAdept with TDS rules and regulations is a mustRequired attributes:Positive and friendly attitudeAdept at problem-solvingStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, third parties and managementAbility to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficientlyStrong in ExcelMust be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for qualityMust be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedbackEager to learn and add flexible to gradually move to a HR generalist role.Capability to wear multiple hats based on situation and need of the company
