Job Description

    Execute Salesforce CRM implementation projects including requirement gathering, design, development, testing and post live support. Interact with onshore stakeholders to understand requirements, suggest design changes, communicate daily status, reporting. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Manage project budgeted hours for KGS resources Ensure quality project delivery of engagements led by self Support practice development initiatives, which includes knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc. Should have excellent communication skills and prior experience of interacting independently with global stakeholders Possesses good understanding of general project management principles Experience in end to end CRM development, implementation and quality assurance Should be willing to learn new technologies (CRM/others) and be able to work on functional projects including Customer Experience, Customer Strategy, and Sales, Service and Marketing Transformation, *Required Selection Process A technical interaction with the line Manager Education / professional qualifications MBA from a reputed college is preferred. Experience & Background Prior Experience: The candidate must have 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4. and a final round with the Director / Partner of the practice followed by HR discussion. 5-8 years of experience in CRM consulting with strong expertise in Salesforce modules Must have working experience on at least 3 CRM implementations around sales, marketing and service cloud for large enterprises and have extensive configuring and development Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of Salesforce technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc. Knowledge of advanced Visualforce components, Chatter API etc. Extensive understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items. Experience configuring and customizing functional areas of the Sales Cloud Experience operating in Shared Services or offshore-onshore teams Ability to perform in a fluid changing environment (consulting) with minimal supervision Certifications/Trainings: Salesforce
