Job Description

Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, development, or strategic IT requirements
Understand industry practices and Red Hats policies, procedures, and values
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting best methods to obtain solutions
Implement and integrate Red Hats open and hybrid cloud solutions including Red Hat OpenShift and other Red Hats offerings
Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals
Contribute to project documentation and diagrams, including ticket or bug management
Mentor and share your knowledge with customers
Define and promote the adoption of automation techniques and
DevOps processes to improve the cloud life cycle, including infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market
Implement solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods

3+ years of experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders on a range of development and deployment projects
2+ years of experience with and advanced knowledge of Red Hat
OpenShift or underlying components like Kubernetes and Docker
Deep knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security
Experience working with command line tools and scripting languages
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders in both technical and business audiences
Ability to study on your own, learn quickly, and put new ideas into practice
Passion for open source, software, tooling, and automation
Good communication skills in English and Italian

Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification
Working experience with DevOps and agile processes
Experience using public cloud technologies and providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
